1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

We do not ask for your address, ID number, date of birth or any card details.
3. Where it is kept
Bookings are stored in Google Firebase. Access is password-protected.
A WhatsApp message is opened on your own phone; you send it from your own account.
4. How long we keep it
We keep booking records for up to 24 months, then delete them.
5. Who else can see it
Only the owner and the salon manager. We never sell or share your information for marketing.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use no advertising cookies. Your browser only stores your language choice.
Fonts, icons and the map are loaded from Google and Cloudflare.
7. Your rights
- Ask us what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your booking record.
- Ask us not to contact you again.
Message us or email info@quiffcuts.com and we will act within 7 days, free of charge.
8. Children
This website is not intended for children under 13.

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page.
